New Delhi: Corona infection is increasing in India. Along with this, the death rate of corona patients is also increasing a little bit. In the last 24 hours, 11 people have died in eight states of the country. In the last 24 hours, about 8,000 Indians have been infected with corona. Meanwhile, according to the Union Health Ministry data, samples of many corona patients have been tested and the omicron subtype has been found. Due to which there was a terrible second wave of corona in the country in 2021.
According to the Health Ministry data released at 8 am on Wednesday, 7830 people have been infected with corona in the country in the last 24 hours. This is the highest number of daily infections in 223 days. Earlier on September 1, the number of daily corona infections in the country was 7496. But then the infection was on the decline. Now it’s going up.According to the Union Health Ministry, the total number of corona patients in the country has crossed the 40,000 mark. As of Wednesday morning, the number of corona patients in the country was 40,215. On Tuesday, the number of daily infections in the country was 5676. In the next 24 hours, the number of patients has increased due to a huge increase in infection.
As of Wednesday, Kerala has the highest number of coronavirus cases in the country. In the last 24 hours, 1,881 people have been infected with corona in Kerala. Then there is Delhi. The number there is 980. In a single day, 919 people have been infected with corona in Maharashtra. In west Bengal, 59 people have been infected in the last one day. Delhi, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh have reported two covid-19 deaths each, while Gujarat, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh have reported one covid-19 fatality each, according to the Union Health Ministry.
