New Delhi: The CAG report revealed alarming facts. The CAG report has revealed discrepancies in the cost of construction of dwarka expressway. The CAG report exposes the huge corruption in road construction.


The Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) has found an increase in expenditure to Rs 250 crore per km from Rs 18 crore per kilometre approved by the Cabinet Committee in the case of the National Commission for National Affairs. The construction of 29.06 km of dwarka expressway approved by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has revealed a “very high” cost.
