Imphal: Manipur, devastated by factional clashes, will have a one-day session of the assembly on Tuesday.
The session is expected to discuss the factional clashes in the state. However, most of the Kuki MLAs are likely to skip the session keeping in mind the security aspect. Six of the ten MLAs from the Kuki-dominated area have already sought leave from the assembly speaker on this day.
