Guwahati:The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra marches on, leaving its mark of progress and community welfare in Assam. Today, two events were held in Guwahati – one at the playground of Arya Vidyapeeth College and the second one at the Chatribari Christian Hospital. In both the places, IEC vans played short films on the welfare schemes of the government. Beneficiaries of various schemes like PM Ujjwala Yojana, PM Awas Yojana, PM Svanidhi etc. attended the event and shared their happiness on receiving benefits through welfare schemes of the union government.
In Biswanath district, the IEC van reached Panibhoral Gram Panchayat today. In an event organized today, agriculture department demonstrated the use of drone to spray nano urea in the paddy fields. Beneficiaries of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, PM Matru Vandana Yojana, PM Awas Yojana etc. attended the event and expressed their gratitude towards the government for these schemes.Similarly, in Hojai district the yatra reached Ajarbari development block wherein an event was organised today at the Bhalukmari market. Officials of different government departments explained the public about benefits of various government schemes. Local beneficiaries of various welfare schemes attended the event.The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is an ongoing journey, bringing progress and welfare to the heart of Assam.
