Husband and wife face to face after divorce in the same seat of West Bengal, one will contest from BJP and the other from TMC
Kolkata: A divorced husband and wife in Bengal are going to contest against each other from the same seat in the Lok Sabha Elections 2024.
The situation arose when the Trinamool Congress released its list of candidates on Sunday, including Sujata Mondal, who will contest against her former husband Saumitra Khan from Bishnupur seat in Bankura district.
