The security guards claimed that the flat was owned by D L Maitra. He is a businessman by profession. He is the father of expelled Krishnanagar MP and TMC Lok Sabha candidate Mahua Moitra. The search began at 7 a.m. The search of the flat is believed to be in the investigation of the question in exchange for money in Parliament.
