Excise scam: K Kabitha sent to ED custody for 3 more days

New Delhi: BRS leader K Kavitha sent to 3-day ED custody till March 26 in excise scam case The ED produced him before Delhi’s Rouse Avenue court on Saturday and sought his five-day custody. The ED told the court that the forensic report showed that Kavitha had deleted all the data on her mobile phone during the investigation.

The ED had sought extension of his custody for questioning. However, the daughter of the former Chief Minister of Telangana was given 3-day custody. All in all, the BRS leader is not uneasy in the excise corruption case.
