Rare species of white palash of Purulia to be preserved

New Delhi: Preserved will be the rare species of white palash of Purulia. The forest department has found at least 15 rare white palash trees at eight locations in Purulia in Bengal. The Purulia forest department has started discussions with the police and administration to conserve this white palash.

In view of this, the forest department and administration have made arrangements for barbed wire fencing and monitoring of the white Palash trees. In fact palash is red in colour. But if palash is white in colour, it may come as a surprise. Yes, the white palashi flowers are in a particular place in the country. The place is Purulia in West Bengal. In Purlia, the feet of the trees are now blooming. Purulia is now famous for white Palash.
