Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a special message to the people of the country ahead of International Yoga Day. He recently shared a video of Ustrasana on social media. In Modi’s words, yoga has crossed all boundaries and united all the people of the world. Millions of people around the world are now practicing yoga in search of health. Modi reiterated that on Tuesday by posting the video of Ustrasan on his ex-handle. Modi’s teaching asana through AI technology has attracted everyone. The main benefit of Ustrasana is that it strengthens the back and neck muscles. It is also important in improving blood circulation and vision.

In 2014, Modi became the Prime Minister for the first time. On 27 September of the same year, he proposed to the United Nations to declare 21 June as the International Day of Yoga. On 11 December of that year, the United Nations General Assembly adopted his proposal and declared that day as International Yoga Day. Since then, millions of people at home and abroad have been celebrating Yoga Day on Modi’s call.
