Controversial remarks on Hindu women,to save Ajmal MLA Karimuddin Borbhuiyan turning door-to-door visit of cabinet ministers

Guwahati: AIUDF chief and Dhubri Lok Sabha constituency MP Badruddin Ajmal on December 2 for allegedly making derogatory remarks about the Hindu community.After his controversial remark Dulu Ahmed of AJP lodged an FIR at Hatigaon police station demanding strict action against Ajmal.Dulu Ahmed said, “Ajmal has been making such statements in a time-bound manner for the benefit of the BJP party.

The remarks were made yesterday but the BJP government is yet to take any action against him.As an MP, it is highly disgusting to make communal remarks, said Dulu Ahmed.It may be recalled that on Friday, December 2, while attending an event in Karimganj, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma was asked to marry 4-5 Muslim girls and to do two-four love jihad.However, Hindu people have also made controversial statements that after 40 years, the ability to give birth to a child is reduced due to the pressure of the family.Case against Badruddin Ajmal at Bokakhat police station belongs to Golaghat district BJP.

Meanwhile, AIUDF MLA from Sonai Sonai Sonai constituency Karimuddin Borbhuiyan is on a rescue mission to save Ajmal after cases were registered against him at various police stations in the state. According to sources, MLA Barbhuiyan is now trying to save Ajmal by turning door to the doors of cabinet ministers in the BJP-led government. There have been demands from various quarters even today for ajmal’s arrest. Ajmal, however, apologised for his remarks.K. U.
