According to ANI, a Pakistani drone struck Lakhana village in Tarn Taran district. At that time, the on-duty soldiers were keeping a vigil in the area adjacent to the check post. They saw the drone flying in the sky. India’s flight straight across the border .Drones hit the ground. At the same time, the jawan started firing at it. The flying vehicles crashed. Senior officials were also informed about the incident.
As soon as the matter came to light, the BSF, Punjab Police and other investigative agencies conducted searches in the border area. It is being investigated whether Pakistan-backed militants have sent weapons or drugs with the help of drones. An alert has been sounded in the border areas.
