Home Minister Amit Shah held a meeting with the party’s Kashmir leaders. There, he indicated that the polling date for Kashmir would be announced after the Amarnath yatra. Shah also directed BJP leaders to get ready. The Amarnath Yatra will continue till August 19. Sources said the BJP does not want to form an alliance with any party. The party is also likely not to present anyone as the face of the Chief Minister in Jammu and Kashmir.
