New Delhi: Like many other diseases, 50 cancers can be detected by a blood test this time. Such a practice will facilitate diagnosis and rapid patients to take medicines or other measures.
The trial, conducted by the UK’s National Health Service, showed that blood tests on 5,000 people with suspected symptoms accurately revealed two out of every three cancers,. Blood tests are expected to help identify solid cancers like head and neck, lung, pancreas and neck cancer.
