New Delhi: We eat a wide variety of foods daily. Not all foods are equally beneficial for the body. Some foods contain various cancer-causing ingredients. Especially burnt foods such as burnt pork are high in such substances. In a word, health has a close relationship with food.

Due to lack of proper food, our body breaks down prematurely. Similarly, some foods can also cause fatal damage to our body. A study published in the British Medical Journal said that soda drinks can increase the risk of various diseases.
