In a recent study, experts have revealed that people are more likely to suffer from severe heart disease on Monday than any day of the week. The study was conducted by doctors at the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and presented at the Conference of the Cardiovascular Society (BCS) in Manchester. Researchers in the study said myocardial infarction (STEMI) was found to be more on Monday than in the rest of the week in patients.
