After the signing of the agreement ,felicitation ceremony of pro-talk ULFA will be held in Guwahati on December 31

New Delhi: A tripartite agreement of the Centre and the Assam government was signed with ULFA pro-talk in New Delhi on Friday. After the signing of the agreement, the pro-talk ULFA is organising a massive felicitation ceremony in Guwahati on December 31. Pro-talk ULFA leader Anup Chetia will invite many peoples to attend the event who have extended their support to ulfa’s long struggle .

The felicitation ceremony is being held at the International Auditorium of Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra, Panjabari in Guwahati at 2 PM on December 31, according to its leaders Anup Chetia and Arvind Rajkhowa.
