Imphal: Congress MP Rahul Gandhi is ready. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will begin his second Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra from Thoubal district near Imphal on Sunday amid a few restrictions imposed by the Manipur government.
According to the order issued by the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Thoubal, the flagging-off ceremony should not be more than an hour and the maximum number of participants should be 3000.
