New Delhi: Shankaracharya Nishlananda Saraswati has once again warned the BJP without naming Surajit Deb, Gangasagar. “All those who clashed with me were ousted from power and shattered. He cited Mulayam Singh Yadav, Lalu Prasad Yadav, Narasimha Rao and Jyoti Basu for examples. “I didn’t have to do anything after they disputed me,” Shankaracharya said. They themselves became powerless and non-existent. ”
Appreciating the state government’s stand on the Sagar Mela, Shankaracharya said, “The state government has worked within its limits in the Gangasagar Mela. The state government has not tarnished any dignity of the Sagarmela by unnecessary religious interference. All the arrangements of the fair have been done according to tradition. The ruler of the state has shown wisdom in the Gangasagar Mela. ”
