101-year-old French yoga instructor Charlotte Chopin receives Padma Shri from President Draupadi Murmu

Charlotte Chopin, a 101-year-old yoga instructor from France, who has managed to keep himself and ten others healthy through yoga, recently received the Padma Shri from Indian President Draupadi Murmu. Chopin received the Padma Shri from the President at a special ceremony held in New Delhi on Saturday.

Sopin, 101, from France, has worked as a yoga instructor for four decades. At the age of 101, Chopin is now healthy and movable. The renowned yoga instructor started teaching yoga in France in 1982. It was with her efforts that yoga became popular in France.
