Rohit will play a total of six series at home in the first three months of next year, the cricket governing body said on Thursday. Keeping in mind the upcoming World Cup, India will play an ODI series against Sri Lanka, New Zealand and Australia. On the other hand, an ODI will be played against Sri Lanka at Eden Gardens
.Asia Cup champions Sri Lanka will visit India at the beginning of the year. The two teams will play three ODIs after three T20Is. The T20Series will begin on January 3. The ODI series will start on January 10. The second match of the series will be played in Kolkata. The two teams will play at Eden Gardens on January 12.The Border-Gavaskar Trophy will begin on February 9. The two teams will play a four-match series for the last time.
From 2024 onwards, five Test matches will be played in this series. The two teams will play the first Test in Nagpur. After this, tests will be played in Delhi, Dharamsala and Ahmedabad.
