On his Instagram page, Sarvesh mentioned a recent survey. According to that study, 42 million people across India are currently suffering from thyroid problems. Thyroid can also cause weight gain. Trainers to several Bollywood celebrities, including Malaika Arora, said that three simple exercises can keep thyroid hormone secretions under control.

Halasana: According to Sarvesh, halasana helps to strengthen the muscles of the spine and back. Apart from this, this exercise helps to strengthen the muscles of the neck, hands and feet.

Ustrasan: This helps to make the muscles of the chest and stomach strong and elastic. This exercise also tightens the quadriceps muscles. According to Sarvesh, regular Ustrasan also keeps the muscles good.

Bhujangasana: Bhujangasana increases the flexibility (flexibility) of the body. At the same time, it helps to improve the mood. Thyroid patients often suffer from mood fluctuations. However, doing this exercise regularly reduces the problem a lot.
