New Delhi: The death toll in the Karmandal accident has increased further. Three of the injured died in the accident, the railways said. As a result, the death toll has risen to 278. However, a large part of the body has not been identified.
According to railway statistics, the family members are yet to identify 101 bodies. Many people have not been able to identify the body even after visiting the morgue in Bhubaneswar.
On Friday, 275 people were killed in the Karmandal Express accident, the Railways said. Three others died on Tuesday. As a result, the death toll has risen to 278. Eastern Railway Divisional Railway Manager Rinkesh Roy said, 1,100 people were injured in the accident
