More or less? What should be the weight of mothers to give birth to a healthy child?

New Delhi:It is very normal for girls to gain weight during pregnancy. This weight is not only of the mother-to-be, but also of the fetus growing a little inside the body. However, the same rule does not apply to everyone. In many cases, there is no significant change in weight even after six months of childbirth. Again, due to nutritious eating at this time, many people have trouble controlling weight.

Like everyone from doctors to nutritionists, who will gain weight, and who will not gain weight, apparently depends on the body mass index of the girls. It is normal for mothers-to-be to gain an average of 10 to 12 kilograms of weight during pregnancy. However, in the very first stage of childbirth, girls have to go through many physical changes, so if there are symptoms like vomiting, dizziness, feeling weak, then there is a change in the diet. So at that time the weight of the mothers-to-be may not increase. Later, as the fetus grows, the weight also increases.
