Excess salt can call for unimaginable danger

New Delhi:Health scientists have been advising to eat less sugar and salt. Along with sugar, too much salt can cause many harm to the country. Eating too much salt can increase the level of sodium in the body. If the level of sodium in the body increases, many disorders can arise. One thing is true that not all people eat equal salt. Some eat salt on their tongues and how much lightly they eat.

Some don’t eat salt at all again. However, don’t eat too much salt. But consuming too much salt can cause many harm to the body.
Excess sodium increases blood pressure. It is said that eating raw salt leads to a further increase in sodium levels. It also increases the risk of increasing blood pressure. People who eat more salt also have an increased risk of stroke and heart disease.

As per the doctor’s advice, consuming more than 1.5 teaspoons of salt a day is not the right thing for anyone. This amount of salt contains 3400 milligrams of sodium. If more sodium enters the body than this then the risk of disease also increases. So let’s reduce salt as much as we can.
