New Delhi: The concern about the country’s daily corona infection is not decreasing. On Sunday, there was a nominal decrease in cases from Saturday. Still, the number is over 10,000. With this, the country’s daily corona infection remained above 10 thousand for four consecutive days. This is not the end of it, experts say that the infection will increase in the coming days.

According to the Health Ministry report, 10,093 people have been infected with corona (corona) in the last 24 hours in the country. Yesterday, that number was a little less than 11,000. Daily cases have dropped marginally in a single day. However, what is worrisome is that the country’s daily positivity rate has increased to around 6.78 per cent. The weekly positivity rate has also increased to 4.49 per cent. The number of active patients in the country is also increasing every day. At present, the number of active patients is 57,542.
In the last 24 hours, a total of 19 people have died of the deadly virus. As a result, the total death toll in the country has risen to 5,31,114. The recovery rate is also slightly down. At present, the recovery rate is 98.68 per cent. A few days ago, the rate had reached close to 99 per cent. The figures in Maharashtra and Delhi are quite alarming. In Delhi alone, 1,396 people have been infected in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate in the capital has gone up to 31.9 per cent.

Experts say that in this phase, corona infection will peak in the country in May. Daily infections can reach 50,000 to 60,000. There’s nothing to worry about though. Because this new strain of corona is not as dangerous. In this case, there is no need for hospitalization.
